The dry leaf has a sweet aroma, resembling jaggery and honey. When placed on the heated ware, the sweet notes transform into milky sweetness, resembling Indian deserts like "gud ka kheer". On further sips, there are floral notes on offer, mostly on the finish. The floral part is dominant in plumeria and rose, offering a nice contrast to the overall dark and sweet character of the tea. The tea also has notes of malt, honey and cream to offer. All these work together to make it an incredibly complex, sweet and delicious cup of tea!
